Ratón inalámbrico recargable RUBBY

Hello,

We are sincerely sorry to hear that your USB dongle stopped working after only a few days of use.

Although this fortunately remains rare, a malfunction can unfortunately occur with an electronic product. We completely understand your disappointment in this situation.

However, we would like to assure you that this type of incident does not reflect the level of quality that we strive to offer our customers.

If you purchased the product in a store, you can contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase to request a replacement or warranty service.

If you purchased the product online, we invite you to contact the website where you made your purchase so that they can offer you an appropriate solution under the warranty.

Despite this unfortunate experience, we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

Kind regards,
The T'nb Team
