Missing instructions for changing the support

Hello, To remove the air vent adapter, do I have to pull hard on the ball until it pops out? I'm afraid I might break something. Thanks for your help.

To remove the air vent adapter, simply unscrew the screw thread located at the back of the bracket. There's no need to pull hard on the ball. By unscrewing correctly, the adapter will detach easily without risk of breakage.

Dashboard mounting

Hello, once it is stuck to the dashboard, is it possible to move it and will it still stick as well?

It is indeed possible to move the mount after attaching it to the dashboard. To ensure good adhesion when repositioning, here is the procedure to follow:

Facility :
• Carefully clean the surface on which you want to install the support (choose a flat place).
• Lift the lever located above the suction cup.
• Remove the protective plastic.
• Place the suction cup on the dashboard.
• Press firmly and lower the lever.

Withdrawal :
• Lift the lever to decompress the suction cup.
• Gently pull the tab to peel the suction cup off the surface without leaving any residue.

By following these steps, you will be able to move the mount and remove it easily while maintaining good adhesion.

No instructions...how do you remove the ventilation clip to put it on the dashboard? And how do you extend the bottom supports, the ones on the sides, I understand!
And how to change the angle of the telescopic branch when it is on the dashboard?

Regarding the use of the product:

1. Remove the ventilation clip:
o Loosen the nut located at the back of the bracket.
o Once the nut is loosened, remove the ventilation mounting system.
o Install the arm system in place and tighten the nut to secure everything.
2. Extend the bottom supports:
o Pull up on the nut located at the back of the bracket, while holding the nut with one hand and the bracket with the other.
3. Change the angle of the telescopic branch:
o Once the mount is installed on the dashboard, adjust the angle by loosening the knob at the base of the branch.
o Adjust the desired angle, then tighten the knob to hold it in position.
