Does not turn on.

The mouse is new but does not work without being plugged in.

Difficult SETTING

Thank you for your feedback and comments. We understand that setting up the mouse can be a bit tricky at first.

The mouse actually has two connection modes: either via USB dongle or via Bluetooth. Here are the steps to follow to help you properly connect it to your computer:

Initial Charging: Before use, be sure to charge the mouse using the supplied cable.
Activating the mouse: Once the mouse is fully charged, activate it by turning on the ON/OFF button located on the back of the mouse.
Choose the connection mode:
To switch to dongle mode: Press the button located under the T'nB logo on the back of the mouse once. If the LED lights up red (LED at the top), you are in dongle mode. Simply plug the dongle into a USB port on your device.
To switch to Bluetooth mode: Press the same button twice. The middle LED will turn green and flash rapidly, indicating that the mouse is in pairing mode. At this point, go to your device's Bluetooth settings to complete the connection.
Multi-device mode: The third blue LED allows you to connect the mouse to a second device. To do this, simply follow the same connection procedure.

battery life

sold for a battery life of 6 weeks, the battery of my blue dual connect rechargeable colored mouse - GRADIENT only lasts one week with normal use.
