Hola,

Lamentamos saber que estás teniendo dificultades con tu altavoz. El TWS RECORD V1 está diseñado para conectarse fácilmente mediante Bluetooth.

Procedimiento para un primer emparejamiento:
1- Enciende el altavoz y activa el modo Bluetooth (generalmente indicado por una luz parpadeante).
2- Abre la configuración de Bluetooth en tu teléfono.
3- Busca los dispositivos disponibles y selecciona el altavoz en la lista.
4- Confirma el emparejamiento si se solicita.

Una vez conectado, un sonido o una luz fija indicará que el emparejamiento se ha realizado con éxito.

Si tu altavoz sigue sin conectarse, prueba estos consejos:
1- Asegúrate de que el altavoz está en modo de emparejamiento (consulta el manual si es necesario).
2- Desactiva y vuelve a activar el Bluetooth del teléfono, luego intenta de nuevo.
3- Reinicia tanto el altavoz como el teléfono.
4- Olvida el altavoz en la lista de dispositivos Bluetooth y vuelve a intentar el emparejamiento.
5- Comprueba que el altavoz no esté ya conectado a otro dispositivo.
6- Intenta emparejarlo con otro teléfono para identificar el origen del problema.
