Its completely frozen

I used this keyboard for a lot of time for programming, but all of a sudden the entire thing bricks out and just does not work anymore. No caps lock, num lock, the programmable keys, the shortcuts and nothing else. On all computers, with all drivers. Also I couldnt find any firmware available to flash and I cannot find physical damage on the device. PLEASE HELP
