I bought the headphones a year ago now and I've never had any problems (well maybe a trip to the washing machine made one stop working) very good product

does not charge

I literally just bought them and the left earpiece refuses to charge, fed up with defective products

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a charging issue with the left earbud.

First, we invite you to check if there is a protective film (often blue) on the earphone's charging connectors. This film, if present, can prevent proper contact and therefore charging.

If everything is in order at this level, here is a complete procedure to follow to try to resolve the problem:

1. Remove the headphones from your device's Bluetooth list:

Access the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone or tablet.

Delete or unpair the two headphones present in the list.

Turn Bluetooth off and then back on.

2. Reconnect the headphones to each other:

Place both earbuds in the case for a few seconds.

Then remove them: they should flash alternately red and blue, a sign that they are pairing with each other.

If not, press the multi-function button (located at the red dot) for at least 4 seconds to start manual pairing.

3. Try connecting again with your device:

Activate Bluetooth pairing mode (often by holding the button on the main earbud).

Reconnect them to your device.

You should then be able to use them normally to listen to music and make calls.

If the problem persists despite these steps, we recommend repeating the procedure several times. Our products are guaranteed for 2 years. Please contact your store's after-sales service with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.
