Thank you for your interest in our products, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.

Here are a few steps you can follow to try and resolve the issue:

1. Check for protective blue films on the earbud connectors
Sometimes, a protective film can prevent proper charging. Please make sure there is no film covering the charging points.

2. Remove the earphones from your device’s Bluetooth list

On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.

Delete/unpair both earbuds that appear in the list.

Turn Bluetooth off and then back on.

3. Reconnect the earbuds to each other

Place both earbuds in the charging case for a few moments.

Take them out together. They should start blinking alternately in red and blue (colors may vary depending on the model), indicating that they are pairing with each other.

If this doesn’t happen, press and hold the multifunction button on each earbud for at least 4 seconds.

4. Try pairing with your device again
Once the earbuds are paired with each other:

Activate Bluetooth pairing mode (usually by holding down the main earbud's button).

Reconnect them to your device.

You should now be able to listen to music and make calls.

If the earbuds still do not function correctly, feel free to repeat these steps several times — sometimes it may take a few attempts.
