As a reminder, the T'nB Curv Lightning earphones are wired and not Bluetooth, they connect directly to the Lightning jack of your iPhone 8. Here are some steps to check to resolve the problem:
Check the Lightning jack: Make sure the headphones are securely plugged into your iPhone's Lightning jack. Sometimes, a loose connection can prevent the headphones from being recognized.
Test with another device: Try the earbuds on another device with a Lightning jack (if possible) to verify if they work properly.
Restart your iPhone: A restart can sometimes resolve connection issues.
If after these checks your headphones still do not work, we advise you to contact your store's after-sales service with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund, as our products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
