The UMATAG is a tracking device that allows you to easily locate and find your bike or scooter using the Apple Find My app. Equipped with a cable tie, this accessory is easy and universal to install under your bike seat or on your scooter frame. You can see its location on your iOS Find My app. It also serves as a reflector, making it less visible to thieves.
When you can't find your UMATAG, you can play a sound to determine its location. Location information is only sent to Apple when you actively locate the device, mark it as lost, or enable sending the last location to Apple. The data is encrypted on Apple's servers, and when using the Find Network, everyone's information is confidential, even to Apple.
To use the Apple Find My app with UMATAG, you must have the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
