Personal data

This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.t-nb.com and it explains how your data is collected, used, and what your rights are in relation to the processing of your data. The T'nB Group is the Controller of the processing of personal data for external communication, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. This processing is referenced in a register maintained by the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Controller and is based on the legitimate interest pursued by the latter, namely to present and explain the activities carried out.

 

1. Definitions

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, directly or indirectly.

Processing of personal data: any operation relating to personal data (collection, recording, extraction, modification etc.)

Data subjects: any natural person whose personal data is processed. In the following, data subjects may be referred to as "You" or "Your".

Data controller: the natural or legal person who determines the purpose and means of the processing.

Data Protection Officer: a person appointed by the controller to inform and advise the organisation and its employees, to monitor the compliance with the Regulation, to be contacted by data subjects for questions relating to their rights, to cooperate with the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties) and to be its contact.

Supervisory Authority: an independent public authority which is set up by a Member State and which is responsible for supervising the application of the laws applicable to the protection of Personal Data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the protection of Personal Data); the texts adopted by the European Union and French legislation which may be applicable to the protection of Personal Data processed under this Contract.

 

2. Purposes of data processing

We process your data in order to provide you with the website features you expect. You will be able to browse our site to find out about our activities, the services we are developing and tools we offer. Some of the information we collect may be used to understand, improve and develop our site in response to your needs.

 

3. Data collected and retention periods

We collect the personal data provided by you when you send us mail and the data necessary to identify you.

This data is kept for one year in accordance with the regulations in force. When you open and browse our website, a tracking tool generates and deposits one or more cookies on your terminal.
