All of our products are guaranteed for 1 year, unless otherwise specified on the packaging.
We recommend:
- To thoroughly check the instructions for your type of screen (usually indicated by the manufacturer). Sometimes, only a dry cleaning product is allowed, something which is beyond our control.
- If the manufacturer does not prohibit the use of a wet cleaning product, start cleaning by following the instructions carefully ... from left to right, up and down (no circular motions.) Please note that a small amount of cleaning gel is sufficient for cleaning your screen. Some manufacturers also advise to first clean the screen with a dry cloth, before using a cleaning gel.
You will find the instructions for use and the list of codes on our website.
We don't have any further codes, other that the codes indicated.
Please bear in mind that the list of codes supplied with the instructions isn't exhaustive. We presently deal with over 5000 codes and we sometimes find that there are problems with the compatibility of certain codes.
You should also try the automatic search function. If the automatic search function doesn't work, it is probable that the remote control isn't compatible with your appliance. (Attention: the automatic search funciton may take a few minutes, sometimes even as long as 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the brand).
Unfortunately, because of the multitude of different brands and models of televisions and audio-video appliances, it isn't possible to have all of the codes. In this event, please contact the shop where you purchased the remote control, in order to return it (our remote controls are guaranteed 1 year).
Here are the different steps:
1) Connect the FM transmitter to the source of music you want to listen to (USB key, iPod, SD card...)
2) Connect the FM transmitter to your car's cigar-lighter socket.
3) Select a blank radio channel (no radio transmitting at this frequency).
4) Select the same frequency on your FM transmitter.
If the music source is an iPod, MP3 player... take care to press the play button.
If the music source is a key connect to a USB socket or memory card reader, you can control the tracks, the equalizer and the transmission channel with the remote control supplied, or directly with the buttons on the FM transmitter.
You should select a different blank radio channel.
To change the play modes, you should press the play/pause button for 2 or 3 seconds (either on the FM transmitter, or on the remote control).
For normal play mode (one song after another), you should keep the button pressed down until you select "Folder all".
This is normal if you are listening to music via a jack socket.
There are only 2 solutions:
We can't give you the method for opening the cable, as this information could be used by someone with bad intentions.
We don't have any spare keys, because each cable has a different lock. The only solution is to cut the cable with a hacksaw.
